FFMA

FFMA Mixed Martial Arts Training System/Coaching

Our syllabuses integrate all elements of kickboxing, MMA and BJJ techniques to form a cohesive and effective mixed martial arts training system. Students can use the system to improve general fitness and or to learn martial arts. Sparring is not mandatory, it is optional (and only necessary if you intend to grade).
