Class sessions include:

Open Mat
You get to train in the discipline of your own choice e.g.:

Bag work
-
Kickboxing / or boxing pad drills

Grappling with Gi or no Gi

Sparring in boxing, kickboxing or MMA
-
Or any specific training you may want to do with your partner
