Class Descriptions

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

Class sessions include:

  • BJJ specific warm up drills
  • BJJ technique training
  • BJJ specific technique isolation sparring drills
  • BJJ grappling sparring in a controlled environment
  • BJJ specific conditioning drills

Kickboxing (For MMA)

Class sessions include:

  • Kickboxing specific warm up drills
  • Kickboxing technique training for MMA
  • Kickboxing specific technique isolation sparring drills
  • Kickboxing sparring in a controlled environment
  • Kickboxing for MMA specific conditioning drills

Kickboxing Pad Drills & Conditioning

Class sessions include:

  • Generic fitness warm up drills
  • Kickboxing pad drills
  • Combined pad and conditioning exercise drills
  • Stretching

Note: There is no sparring in this session

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts)

Class sessions include:

  • MMA specific warm up drills
  • MMA technique training
  • MMA specific technique isolation sparring drills
  • MMA sparring in a controlled environment
  • BJJ specific conditioning drills

Open Mat

You get to train in the discipline of your own choice e.g.:

  • Bag work
  • Kickboxing / or boxing pad drills
  • Grappling with Gi or no Gi
  • Sparring in boxing, kickboxing or MMA
  • Or any specific training you may want to do with your partner
